OutWorld Fleet Radio was founded and created on June 1, 2014, as the sister station to Roundtown Radio, under the Star Entertainment banner. The beta test format began airing on January 26, 2017. The station launched with a limited schedule (weekends only) that included re-broadcasts of The Bachelor Pad Radio Show and Podcast UFO. After the inaugural airing of the Horror-Ween Broadcast took place on October 31, 2017, the station began airing 24/7 on January 13, 2019. In April 2021, OutWorld Fleet Radio successfully defended itself against a hostile takeover situation that was initiated by iHeart Radio in 2020, but it did become a part of the Live365 network on June 1, 2021. The station has been absorbed under the Number One Media, LLC banner since December 28, 2022.
