Flounder started on Columbus radio in 1994. He broke into DJing in the clubs at the Desert Rose in Lancaster, Ohio, where he officially received the name Flounder. In October 2000, he started with Star 107.9 FM radio in Delaware, Ohio. After the station flipped formats in 2001 and became Oldies 108, he started his own mobile DJ service with Pacrat in 2005 as Star Entertainment. In 2006. he was reunited with Star 107.9 FM, with Vince Riley, who then put Star on the Internet as Star1079.com. He has been there ever since! In 2011, he created what is now Roundtown Radio. He also started DJing Un-Con in 2012 and has been their DJ ever since. From that, he helped Number One to create what is now OutWorld Fleet Radio, along with a group of Internet radio stations collectively as Number One Media.
